2. PRODUCTS & ORDERS

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

We strive to ensure product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information at any time without notice.

3. PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices are in NZD and include GST.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

We accept payments via the methods displayed on our website.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship across New Zealand and internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Guard Up gear. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

You must return your unused/unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Items must be in original condition with all tags and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

6. CONSUMER GUARANTEES

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ).

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
